“We can all benefit from having a designated time to talk about what might be bothering us, how we want to grow moving forward, and how we can manage life stressors. I’m committed to providing you with the best opportunity to experience this through MicroTherapy and MindFit Group Therapy.
My main goal is to join with patients to build a connection worth investing in. I am very much “me” in and out of sessions. I do my best to remain humble, down to earth, and easy to talk to, as I recognize therapy can be scary for some. I bring all aspects of my personality to this process and invite you to do the same! The more we are willing to be ourselves, the more we can benefit from therapy.
Above all else, I believe in the art of conversation and feel as though listening and talking to one another can be a powerful experience that is sometimes lacking in our lives. I hope to give others a safe space to openly express themselves and feel heard, validated, and supported in return.
Outside of Mindful, I work on being the best me I can by spending time with loved ones, playing guitar, and going for drives in my purple Jeep alongside my dogs!"
