Wilmot Lambert, PMHNP-BC is a Certified Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner at Mindful Care. Wilmot holds a Master of Nursing from Sacred Heart University and a post-master certificate in Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner from St. Joseph University.

In his practice, Wilmot believes the most important part of patient care is building rapport and trust with my patient. The therapeutic alliance is important and critical in patient care and instilling confidence in the treatment plan.

What is the most inspiring part of your career?

The most inspiring part of my career is the fact that I can help patients work through their mental health problems and provide compassionate, empathetic care and a listening ear.

Why did you choose to specialize/work in mental healthcare?

I choose to work in mental healthcare because I saw that there was a need for talented and caring clinicians to work with people with mental health conditions.

What are your interests outside of work?

I like traveling, reading, working out, and dining out.
