Who is a good candidate for the Mindful Recovery program?

Mindful Recovery is designed to help anyone dealing with substance and/or alcohol use. We offer support to individuals considering recovery using a harm reduction approach. The program also provides ongoing support for individuals in recovery and others at various stages. Our coaches are familiar with all aspects of the journey and tailor recovery plans to provide the necessary tools to ensure long-term success.

What are the qualifications of the recovery coach?

Recovery Coaches at Mindful Recovery have advanced certification in Alcoholism and Substance-use Coaching, as well as Master Degrees in various mental health disciplines.

How much does it cost?

Recovery costs $49/month for weekly sessions.

What is included in the monthly fee?
  • Initial Recovery Assessment and physician-approved Recovery Plan including a discussion about MAT (Medication-Assisted Treatment) and therapy services.
  • Scheduling support for additional services consistent with recovery plan
  • Referral and scheduling as needed if the patient requires a partial hospitalization, intensive outpatient, or rehab programs, and/or detoxification
  • Weekly or bi-weekly check-in calls to assess program and monitor journey
  • Unlimited texting with recovery coach
  • Collaboration with other providers including physicians, psychiatrists, and therapists on behalf of client
  • Collaboration with primary caregivers to manage addiction-related behavior and offer resources for additional support
  • Monthly Support Group
Are medications included?

Yes, after a Recovery Plan is drafted, if the patient is a candidate for MAT, they will be referred to a provider who can provide such assistance for further assessment and evaluation.

How often will I be seen?

Recovery coaches conduct one 30-minute initial recovery assessment and then spend time producing a thorough recovery plan. You will then meet weekly or bi-weekly depending on your plan and goals.

Is insurance accepted?

Coaching, treatment navigation, and monthly support groups are all covered by the monthly subscription. Additional services such medication management, group therapy, and/or individual therapy are covered by some insurance plans. Your recovery coach will work with you to find the best program based on your needs and preferences.

Who will I be seen by?

Your primary interaction will be with your Recovery Coach with support from our prescribers, group therapists, and individual therapists.

What is a Recovery Coach?

A Recovery Coach is a trained professional that offers support and guidance through the recovery process to make sure you are properly coached and set up for success.

Will I be seen virtually or in-person?

Recovery is conducted via video conferencing with additional support via phone and text messaging.

How long will I be treated?

You are welcome to be a part of the recovery program for as little or as long as you would like. We advise at least 1-year of continuous sobriety before opting to leave the program.
