Eating Disorders
Eating disorders are confusing for many people. We all go through periods when we eat a too mindfulh unhealthy food. Many people even have phases in which they skip meals when they’re focused on a goal. These habits may be unhealthy, but don’t signify any deeper problem. Eating disorders, however, aren’t really about the food at all.

However, when a loved one dies, no one is truly ready for it. Grief crashes into you like a wave, both disorientating and overwhelming.
